V1 Made is a small in-house maker shop for original 3D-printed designs. We model, print, inspect, and pack every piece ourselves.
Everything is made to order, so we can focus on the piece in front of us instead of filling shelves with finished stock.

[HOW WE WORK]
Built one layer at a time.
We take each design from a digital model to a finished object in our own workshop. The process includes prototypes, fit checks, slicer tuning, and a final inspection before anything is packed.
Because 3D printing builds one layer at a time, subtle layer lines, slight color variation, or small surface marks can still occur. These are natural characteristics of the process. Broken pieces, fabrication defects, and wrong orders are not. We want to be clear about both.

How a piece gets made

Model
Each catalog piece starts as an original V1 Made model, shaped for how it should look, move, or fit.

Tune
We prototype and adjust tolerances, orientation, and print settings until the design behaves the way it should.

Make
When an order arrives, we prepare its selected color and available customization, then print it in our shop.
- 04
Check
We inspect and pack each piece ourselves before it heads out on one of our regular shipping days.
