Custom and made to order items

Personalized items (custom letters, fonts, colors, and other options) are made only for you and cannot be restocked or resold. They are not returnable for a change of mind, and we print exactly what the order specifies, including spelling and spacing as entered.

Review your customization carefully before paying. The checkout summary and your payment receipt record exactly what was ordered.

Our print standard

We tune every print for the best result and inspect each piece before it leaves our shop.

Because 3D printing builds one layer at a time, subtle layer lines, slight color variation, or small surface marks can still occur. These are natural characteristics of the process. Catalog photos show representative prints.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, has a fabrication defect, or does not match what the order specified, email hello@v1made.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If we confirm the problem against the order record, we will remake the item or refund it, at our choice, at no cost to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this is the exclusive remedy for a defective, damaged, or nonconforming item.

The normal print characteristics described above are not defects. They do not change our responsibility for an item that arrives damaged, has a fabrication defect, or does not match the order.

Cancellations

Email hello@v1made.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If production has not started, we will cancel and refund in full. Once printing has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, contact us first; almost every problem is faster to fix by email than through a card dispute. We keep complete order records and respond to payment disputes with them.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you hold under the consumer protection law of your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
