Every sale is arranged directly while the storefront is in showcase mode. We confirm the item, customization, payment, delivery, and any return or replacement terms with you before payment.
Before you pay
Review the confirmed item list and custom details carefully. Customized pieces are made from the letters, colors, dimensions, and options we agree on together.
Ask any return, cancellation, or replacement questions before payment so the terms are clear in writing.
If something is wrong
If a print arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed request, email hello@v1made.com with a description and photos. We will review it with you and agree on the next step.
The website itself does not issue refunds because it does not process payments.
