Shipping and delivery
Everything at V1 Made is made to order in our own shop. When you place an order, we fabricate your pieces and ship them to the address you enter at checkout.
Production time
Each order is printed after you place it, so production time comes before shipping time.
We ship completed orders at least twice each week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays, subject to availability.
Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and complex customizations can take longer.
If your order will be materially delayed, we will email you. If a delay does not work for you, contact us before the order ships and we will sort it out.
Rates and destinations
Our current catalog is light and fits small parcels, so shipping is a flat $11.99 per order. Shipping is free on item subtotals of $50 or more. Checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in United States. The rate shown at checkout is the rate charged for that order, and we review it as the catalog or carrier costs change.
We ship to exactly the address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully. If a package comes back or is lost because the address was entered incorrectly, we can reship it, but we may ask you to pay the new shipping cost.
Delivery and risk of loss
You will receive tracking when the carrier provides it. We are responsible for your package until the carrier marks it delivered to your address. After confirmed delivery, loss or theft from your doorstep is outside our control and is not covered.
If a package appears lost in transit, email hello@v1made.com and we will open a claim with the carrier and work it out with you.
